SWEBO Bioenergy began producing biofuel boilers (using chips) in the early 1970s. Since then, there have been many developments both in the energy market and on the product side.
At our development department in Boden, Norrbotten, we carry out ongoing research projects with the focus on innovation and improving efficiency to ensure optimised bioenergy production. Projects are often run in co-operation with Luleå University of Technology or peak competence companies close to the university. Academic co-operation means we will always have high-quality documentation and excellent facilities for testing and simulation. Among our developments during the last year have been the market-leading FBS and FBR control systems and the unrivalled and highly versatile BioTherm bio-burner.
